"And a low $75 annual fee"

Also, can anyone tell me exactly what a "point" is worth?

So all you have to do is charge $7500 of "stuff" to pay for the annual fee every year (IF they don't con you into paying way too much for some foreign piece of junk), and then pay off those charges within 25 days of every charge date so you also avoid interest fees. If you do these things, you've broken even. Ridiculous. Why don't credit card ads ever discuss their interest rate or their lack of an anuual fee? Because morons respond to the words "elite level" and then get themselves into deep financial trouble that get's passed on to the bank, who then gets bailed out by the useless and overpaid government, and then the bill ultimately gets paid by the people that were'nt stupid enough to fall for all of this crap in the first place..... but I digress. A point is worth a penny.

So many asterisks, but no explanation at the bottom of what it denotes!

Capital Oner has a similar offer for no annual fee.

What has happened to Visa? Nobody has Visa mileage cards anymore...

the complimentary ticket sucks. Price for the single ticket through "Spirit Incentive" to get the complimentary ticket cost more than if you bought both from orbitz/expedia. That sucks...

Forget Capital One. I have had them for a few years now, and they have raised my rate a total of 3 times and changed to a variable rate. I never carried a balance, always paid in full, so I never had to worry about it, but that is not the point is it. Face it, credit cards are a scam. They screw over those who don't pay, and screw over those who do even more. #3 has it right.

credit cards with no fees are fine. just pay the balance off in full every month. Take the points/cash back and be on your merry way... just have to be careful about how much you spend on it which can be the tricky part
