Amazon has the Clarks Wallabee Men's Chukka Boots (distressed gray only) for $60 with free shipping. Known for their comfort, Clarks shoes have a plantation crepe outsole which provides extra cushioning. Only four reviews but they all give these five out of five stars. Normally $88+ elsewhere.

These are insanely comfortable. Usually sells for $100-120 retail & $80 in outlets. $60 is a great price for these classics.
Especially if you are comfortable in D width only.
Sadly that's' what the footwear industry tends to do, offer D width then if they don't make any other widths they may not even bother to tell you it's a D, pretending one size fits all.
