I bought 2 of these from eCost about 2 months ago.

Very susceptible to other 2.4 Ghz interference - making them somewhat limited. Otherwise, they work very well for the money.

Note: eCost has an all sales are final policy. You can not return them once you buy them!

#1: There are ways to access these cameras from the Internet as they come with software to display their video on a PC via USB.
