There is a lot wrong with this offer. 1) The page doesn't say the frame's resolution, which means it's too low, which means you will return it as soon as you plug it in. That's a fact. 2) It's from buy bacon, whose rebate and TV policies are so reprehensible that you shouldn't support their site in any way. 3) my mom.
It's 800x480 which isn't too bad. Most no name digital frames of this size sell for around $160-$200(shipped) on ebay. I'm just not sure how it scales the regular pictures to it's widescreen format.
800X480 for 10 inch IS bad.
