If you get the coffee maker they picture in the offer page, it's pretty decent. If you get the one some of my co-workers got the last time they did this offer about a month or two ago, it's a horribly designed piece of crap. When you lift the top up, water rolls down the back of the unit onto the surface it's resting on. You have to pour water into it via a very narrow opening which means you're going to spill water around almost every time, including down into where the coffee grounds and filter are sitting if you put those in already.
