I got 3 of these shipped during the last Woot-Off for about this price. They are worth the money paid, but just one for $15 might be a bit high.
Why not buy a full size rod? You don't use public transportation to get to your favorite fishing area!

I thought more people that know much about fishing would realize that this is an ultralight rod made for fish up to 2 pounds like you catch in creeks and smaller rivers. It works great for what it is.
I've got a pole, and I do believe it's retractable.
I'm buying a couple for the coming apocalypse.
