    It works fine for smaller fish under 8", but beyond that it doesn't seem to handle it too well. Fun but more for show than real use I guess.

    nice gimmick to show friends, but it doesnt work very well at all. My father-in-law gets a kick out of showing everyone, but never uses his to actually fish with.

    It feels like you could snap it if you put a 1lb fish on there.

    great for a stocking stuffer. you know...you always have to buy a gift under $10 or $20 for those office/friend Christmas grab bags.

    at least, they will get a kick out of this. better that stupid mug someone always gets.

    This fishing pole is great! I keep one with me every time I'm ever go on a boat. You never know when you'll be deserted on an island.
