Looks painful to use with the bits sticking out of the side.

Looks like a punch down tool for those familiar with Cat5 wiring.

Not bad for a highly portable screwdriver, but then again the type that ratchet and have hollow handles to hold the bits aren't much larger for their ease of use, cost less, and ratchet.

Real question is where are you going where you have stuff with medium to larger screws you may have to fiddle with, but not having space nor access to normal screwdrivers? I suppose the clip on the back comes in handy if you're rock climbing and the rock is about to come unfastened from the ground.

I looked at this product in my local REI store. Not impressed. I'll stick with my Leatherman multipurpose tool.

I'll second the vote for Leatherman. For trips where you would need this, my Skeletool CX is more versatile, more lightweight and has the added bonus of pliers and a blade.
And yes I can swap bits in and out with the $12 optional bit kit if I need a myriad of different driver sizes.

Yea, Leatherman is the way to go. It's the best for those unexpected, need-a-tool situations.
