Picked this up from Staples in October for $299, plus got a free $60 HP printer via rebate. Staples easy rebate check arrived in 3 weeks. Not a bad desktop for $299.

There were Lenovo deals for about $260 that were based on Intel E5300 with 4GB RAM and 500~640GB drives and I think they were better deals. Now is the low times for deals, I guess. May be they will pick up towards Xmas time.
