One of the good budget case. Light weigh but solid. However the link shows 39.99+S/H - not a deal at all.( newegg sell it same price as 39.99)

It's not quite accurate to say this one has a built-in washable filter, it actually has 6 separate filter panel areas and pieces of foam which is a bit more tedious to clean than a case with more traditional snap off front bezel and only one large filter panel. Further, there is no filter for the side vents so unless you have a very strong front fan (I forget if this case has a front fan mount?) that creates positive pressurization, or you install side panel fans blowing out instead of it, you will have dust coming in the side still unless you add your own filter panel, though adding a filter plus the already restrictive small holes will reduce side panel airflow quite a lot. I suppose you could just put filter panels on the side instead of fans.
