The rebate is for one W/ PSU, while the one linked to is W/O PSU.
I have this case. I got it from Compusa for $40AR. It's a decent case. There are no sharp edges. It tries to be tool free. I got it for one of my older machines. I used to have an older Antec server style case that started weighing down my table.
http://www.svc.com has a new sale on several Coolermaster cases including rebates, you might check those out before comitting to this. For example this case is $30 w/o PSU but for more,

#3: Don't forget that SVC ALWAYS charges shipping, which for cases can be quite a bit.
True #4 but how many places do you know of that ship cases for free w/o raising the base price to compensate? Newegg charges $16, I dont' see your point as if it was some exception.
Sometimes you can catch that kind of free shipping w/o higher price (yet) deal at Newegg when they flip-flopped between free shipping and higher prices periodically, especially right before the weekend, if you bought the product within a narrow time window, but it's not the kind of thing you can link as a continual price for more than a few minutes viability.
More to the point, the RC-330-KKN1-GP from SVC is $46 delivered (YMMV, input your zip/etc and ground shipping before checkout) without a rebate. At newegg it was $55 AFTER a rebate, and as #1 pointed out the rebate doesn't even seem to apply but even if it had applied it is now 2 days expired.
