Never cheap on PSU...
be aware, the initial pic TD shows seems to be wrong, they show a black APFC PSU then further down on the page they show the unpainted gray passive PFC version this seems to be.
It may be a fair value for $25, should run an "average" office computer ok, but don't be fooled by TD's picture... and the Corsair Builder PSUs Ben has featured are a better option, among others.
