However the the $35 rebate seems legit.

these PSUs(eXtreme power series) are over-rated max power wise. This unit is probably around 500-550W. I would buy it only for back up, troubleshooting, but not for main supply.

I think this is one of those promo codes you need to be on the mailing list to use. I used it and it went through just fine.

Here is hoping that rebate goes through as well...

#2 is correct. This is not a 650watt power supply. It is a decent 550watt power supply though.
