A very nice performing and for this price economical tower. Especially for the AMD crowd as the C-M mounting utilizing a backing plate/parts which converts the standard OEM 2-point spring clip to a 4-point mounting. At 569 gram it’s not the worst, but in a traditional mid-tower chassis any of these tower coolers really benefit from the extra strong clamping contact and stability; something the 2-point spring clip mount just can’t provide. While on top of that it permits both traditional rear or top facing installations depending on your mobo and case.
Good fan, but not the best deal though. I have regularly bought this in the past few months for $20 including a $10 rebate. At one point I got it for $15.
If you have a window in the side of your computer case like Dave doesn't, you need to get the V6, V8, or V10 CPU cooler by Cooler Master. I don't know how well they cool, but they look neato. And really that's all that matters: If your computer buddies thinks it looks cool...
