If it's backed ordered 2 to 5 weeks for the $80 price from amazon.com, and it takes the full 5 weeks to get the case, it would be past the deadline of the postmark date of (3/2/13) for this rebate. That being said, there is a decent chance that Amazon will deliver before the rebate submission deadline.

Does that mean the rebate processor will use the order placed date from the Amazon invoice?
This rebate is offered specifically through Amazon so they might be some relief if you don't get the case before the rebate submission deadline. Hopefully the 5 weeks delay is an exaggeration...
