eBay with Balancenoptions has the COOLER MASTER RR-B2P-UV10-GP Intel Core i7 Compatible V10 Hybrid TEC 120mm CPU Cooler for $86 with free shipping. Features duel quiet 120mm PWM fans, 10 heatpipes, and supports Core i7 processors with socket LGA 1366.
It doesn't matter how well it works, just that it looks cool. Make sure you have a windows on the side of your computer case so your friends can see it when they come by. The second fan/radiator is designed to cool the memory modules.
Newegg has this for $110 - $20 rebate so this isn't that great of a sale. If it were $86 + $20 rebate, maybe then. Make sure you read the reviews on Newegg. There are more than a few negative reviews reporting common problems.
I'd be more comfortable with Newegg's return policy than buying from this "BalancedOption" eBay seller.
I think the price is still too high to be considered a bargain...

Anything that's weights in a 2.65 lbs. [1202 grams] which is like twice a normal tower HS, should deliver much better than these do. For any average user all show and no go! Although, there's something to be said for it when you're using it in a test bench situation, where you're pressing the system well above 150W threshold, and like being able to make the claim "and that was on air".
There are stories that these while mount in a normal standard mid-towers warp the mobo's and even the mobo tray if not thick enough. Face it it's really for the WOW or intimidation, although not copasetic to a traveling so where you'd want it... LAN Parties it is not a smart move. There so many great and less expensive tower HS that have come along since 2009 pay this much for this is a waste.
wow actually this looks like a nice cooler , anyone have one ?? pass ?? fail ??
