Frys has the Cooler Master X6 Elite RR-X6NN-18PK-R1 Honeycomb Design 120mm Long Life Sleeve CPU Cooler for $39 - $20 rebate [Exp 12/27] = $19 with free shipping. Six heat pipes and a dense honeycomb fin structure with wide range PWM fan.
I'd get the Cooler Master V-6 or V-8 Cooler. Not sure if they cool the CPU better, but if you have a window in the side of your computer case, they look cool. Course Dave wouldn't like it since he is only into no frills, boring windowless computer cases. Most people want their computer case to light up like a Christmas Tree...
I'm kinda partial to sub $25 coolers, you can usually find something that'll handle upwards of 200W (o'c CPU) in that range after a rebate.
I say this recalling a box full of really nice old heatsinks that I have, heatsinks with no purpose any longer. Maybe I should melt down the all copper ones and make a miniature statue of liberty or something.
#3, cool cost money. Just think of the pleasure you'll get when your computer nerd friends come over and see your tricked out computer.
Now if you want to be boring like Dave who only gets sex missionary style in the dark, than go for the cheapest, functional, and practical components and CPU coolers...
For me, I want the coolest neato stuff... and I do it doggie style...

You aren't allowed to post links to anything dave hasn't approved.
Those coolers you linked are considerably more expensive than this one.
