Grade B?
Darker and more flavorful than grade A.
Real maple syrup > maple flavored HFCS
I looked it up and grade b is indeed really dark, but seems to be used mostly for cooking, not for pancakes
Organic? Is there such a thing as inorganic maple syrup?
Tried this stuff..bacon's horrible...stick with Log Cabin.
Yeah Farty, how do we get jobs at the American Tasting Institute?
One jug of Grade B + one jug of water = two jugs of Grade A.
Stick with the stuff at Costco.
About $13 at Costco or BJ's.
http://emwikipedia.org/wiki/Maple_syrup. Bonus..made in USA
pure maple syrup is an acquired taste. If you look at the big name brands of maple syrup, they are mostly corn syrup with a bit of maple.
