#1, ah, spoken like a true novice to water cooling.

If you want a fanless water cooling system, this is about your only choice :

I also recall a fanless radiator made using about 200 ft of copper pipes radiating heat in a garage. And another one that pumps the coolant down a 35 ft hole so that it is cooled by ground water.

    LGA775, LGA1366, LGA1156, AM2/AM3 support.

I see this more of a novelty, than a true water cooling system...
With so many good H/S-fan units able to stay close to this at idle and load is it really worth it? While this will relinquish to some of those same coolers, when OC into the higher enthusiast in terms of performance and noise. The only good thing this will do is move the heat outside the case, saving other components from having to endure that heat. In doing that it uses one fan more effectively than say 3 (one on the heat-sink, one on the back of the case, and in many instances one in the top.

It would be interesting if those with media center enclosures could make it fit, as nice quite way of evacuating CPU heat from the case has value, but it's something you might not easily make fit or need for the low watt CPU's most often used.
