I've had good rebate experiences with Corsair rebates.
I purchased a 650 Watt Corsair PSU from The Egg last year and received my rebate very quickly. This PSU would be good for any basic build. It should have no problem handling any GPU that requires a single pci-e power connection. I don't know how you can beat this deal for $20!
Only major weakness is a sleeve bearing fan... wish it cost a buck more to have a better one. Great for an average system, but not enough connectors for a well endowed fileserver/etc.
