Got one of these at Walmart last year for around $100 bucks. I liked it but the knob on top bent and broke off. I was told by Cosco to return it to retailer. The Walmart return desk was manned by bacon challenged. I finally got it returned and bought the Werner MT-13 at Home Depot in return. The selector knob is built much better. Overall the quality of both ladders is good but the selector knob made the difference. But for this price I would say get this, it beats a step ladder.
