What's the difference between 3406 and 3408? I bought 3406 for a friend almost a year ago and it's been working flawlessly, was a good deal at the (then) $10 AR.
I like DD-WRT on my router but if I weren't picky about feature sets and wanted to save about $30 this might be a fair option, though the Trendnets are about $10 AR and seem to be fair for the price too... part of why I wonder how 3406 compares to 3408 as I think the 3406 is a closer equivalent to the $10 AR Trendnet. Difference is not 6 ports vs 8, I already checked on that and both are 11g. Maybe QOS? Can't recall if 3406 has that.
