I love this thing.. great for smaller projects ( obviously, you won't rebuild a house with this, but its great for quick fixes that you otherwise wouldn't bring out the big tools for.

the corner sander and the cutting place are my favorites - sanding is great for chairs/ etc... and the cutting blade has been great for etching a hole for a new outlet, cutting off nails that are stuck, etc.
