Sears.com has the Craftsman 6 pc. Comfort Fit Screwdriver Set for $15 + shipping. Shipping is about $6, or pick up in-store. Comfort fit chemical resistant handles are ergonomically designed for grip to reduce user strain, and for turning power.

Agree with # 3. I have the ten piece comfort fit set.

If you go to Sears on ebay, you can get the 10 piece set for a good price.

For really tough screws, these should be much better than the standard line. The improved grip will make a huge difference.

I second that, the grip is very important to hand finish a job right.

Is it just me or do these look like standard Craftsman screwdrivers with a cheap rubber cover slipped over the handle?

These screwdrivers really screws your screws until they are screwed because the grip on these screwdrivers is so tight! Get a grip!

#8 - it's just you Smile. This set is seriously better than the standard grip set. I have a 10 piece set of these as well and the grip is much better than the standard ones. Keep them in the blister package to make sure you leave a job with all of the pieces you brought.

The grip is a fairly trivial thing. Their buttermetal blades will get chewed up before the standard grip limits the amount of torque you can achieve. I end up exchanging about a dozen screwdrivers a year at a B&M Sears, the sales people already know why I'm there before I reach the counter. Used to be their screwdrivers were harder than the screws and would damage the head on the screw, but now the screws laugh in triumph.
