I've had these shears for years! Really! And if they ever get dull you can bring them in for replacement as Craftsman tools are guaranteed for life!

Craftsman used to advertise "guaranteed for life." Do they still cover their products for life?

I have brought my shears back 2 or 3 times over the years when they got dull and they replaced them for me with no questions asked.

^ You're allowed to sharpen them, doesn't break warranty to do so.

I agree, why don't you just sharpen them. All tools get dull eventually.

-- Maybe when you bring your dull shears into Sears they just give you new ones and then sharpen the old ones and sell them as new.
