Sears has the Craftsman Micro-Clicker 1/2'' Drive Torque Wrench (62001) for $40 - 15% off in cart = $34 with free in-store pickup or free shipping with $59 purchase. Accurate to +/-4% load, gives both Newton meter and foot-pound readings.
Perhaps the Sears wrench is better quality but I bought mine at Harbor Freight for $9.99 (same price now) years ago and it's still working well. Accuracy falls within the range they stated.
^ but to know it is still accurate you'd have to buy a new higher quality wrench known to still be in calibration to compare against, or have a used one calibrated, or use an expensive measurement device yourself... who does all this for a $10 HF tool instead of just using the higher quality wrench for the job?
