Sears has the Craftsman Motorcycle/ATV Jack for $100 + shipping. Select in-store pickup to avoid the $47 shipping fee. Includes a fast action foot pump for easy lifting as well as a 3 position locking mechanism for positive locking at 3 lift heights at 11-3/4 in. 14-1/4 in. and 16-1/2 in. 1500 lb. load capacity.
If you have a motorcycle that needs a jack, then you have bought a way-too-heavy Juggernaut. Buy something that doesn't need than reverse gear. Strip off all that garbage you have bolted on. Get something that has less cubic capacity than a car. Find something that scuffs your knee when you go around corners without being dropped.
Harley's are crap. seriously. politicians made a nice bike and lots of nice customs. I had a buell for a while (owned by harley) and was pretty dissappointed. I ended up with a ducati monster and couldn't be happier.
Way too expensive... $20 bike lift http://www.nightrider.com/biketech/bikelift.htm

No thanks, sonny. We like our rides American-made.

Absolutely #2, I'm still holding my bike up with one arm and typing with the other. Sleeping is the tricky part, anybody got some coffee?
