^ True. On the one hand their appearance is a lot nicer than the generic $20 2.1 sets we saw deals on years ago, but on the other there is only so much you can do with a full range driver, small enclosure and limited wattage.
Unfortunately Creative treats this like a toy computer product where the less you know the more you'll probably like it, not giving any product info at all that speaker system enthusiasts would want like frequency range, input or output power, hookup jacks, cable length, etc.
Even so for basic sound at moderate to low volumes you could do worse for $21 delivered. It'd probably cost you $12 to ship yourself. However it is not clear to me whether you still get free super saver shipping if the coupon code drops it under $25 since it's sold through Amazon.
