On two occasions my Creative rebates were denied. Both were sent well within the deadline but creative claimed they were post marked late which was complete BS. Since you can't photocopy a post marked envelope, you really can't "prove" you sent it on time unless you have a receipt and delivery confirmation. Never had a problem getting my rebates from other companies.
