Not much of a deal considering the Fatal1ty FPS (includes the drive bay panel and remote) is still $100 after rebate from Frys.

Deal or no, good sound card. Only card that hasn't given fuzz to my 5.1 Klipsch GMX setup.
It's an excellent sound card, the Fatality has 64mb of X-RAM over the Premium's 2mb.
What is the benefit of the extra RAM to the average user? Does it actually increase FPS in games or make movies sound better? Doubtful. Maybe to someone who does music editing I can imagine it would make a difference, but let's be real. The RAM is hype, plain and simple. Overall I'd say it's a good card, but tons of reported problems. Check out forums on Creative's own site and dozens of other locations on the web and you'll see how many people are having issues. And if you have an nForce4 chipset don't even bother.
