Exactly how do you restore data that's lost forever during the compression process?
I tried one of these last week and though it is as big as an MP3 player and as heavy as one, it did make the sound better.
It is like an equalizer with a big knob on it. The best setting adds the low end back and a little reverb/stereo expansion to make it sound like you are in a big room. I listened to some club stuff and it did make it sound really good.
But once again, it is big, not for walking around. Maybe a long plane ride or if you hook you mp3 player in to a stereo.
