syncs with outlook? for what reason? this seems like a decent deal though, i'm getting tired of iPods.

I got the Zen Sleek Photo 20 gig for about the same price before rebate. Probably a little slower but definately a nice player.
I got this for my girlfriend last christmas. It is flashy and has great quality audio. It has a blue light around the entire diameter of the front bezel that makes it glow when you are using it and pulses when it is charging. There are some criticisms of the touch pad but if you turn down the sensitivity setting, it is OK.
my audio jack broke last week on my zen micro and i only got audio out of one ear. i googled "zen micro fix" and got a super tutorial on fixing it. took about 30 minutes, including soldering time, and it was better than new and greatly reinforced. creative probably thought id buy a new one; they thought wrong.
