Don't bother, not even worth $15. Posted this on the last crucial deal.

Stay away. Crucial has really taken a nose dive in quality over the last 6 months. I use to use crucial memory in all my machines but I've had 3 out of 4 sticks in my current machine go bad in a matter of weeks. I don't expect the replacement dimms to be any better either with the number of people reporting that their Crucial memory is dying.

Soon as I find a deal on some OCZ or Corsair memory I'm replacing everything in my system and pitching the Crucial memory, it's not worth the trouble.

I'm actually in the market for new memory. Okay, so Crucial=bad, OCZ/Corsair=good. I've always had good luck with Kingston. Any other recommended brands?

WTF? What planet are you from. I've bought 6 sticks in 08 and they all have worked great! They have one of the best warranties in the business. If you have a bad stick they gladly will replace it.

Have been running this RAM w/out issues - some is >6months and some is <6months old. I can say you can see the difference in the heatsink build quality drop off in the <6month old RAM. Don't let all the negative experiences scare you off - I would buy again w/out hesitation.
