Newegg charges 5.99 for shipping on movies... yuck... I will stick with amazon...

I will never give Amazon a penny after all the goof ups I and others I know have had with them.
....AND, the CM deals from Newegg suck just about as badly as the BF deals did!
One thing about Amazon, if they goof up your order, they pay for return shipping. If you return it because it's broken, they do too. Newegg? Enjoy paying for that return shipping!
Newegg is good for one thing and one thing only: deals on computers and computer components. They have been trying to expand their offering of good and have not done as well as they have in other areas. Also, Amazon has the cash and clout with movie distributors to offer titles at discounted prices because they move so many units. I agree that Newegg BF and CM deals aren't the greatest - there are thousands of reasons to buy certain products from them.
I scanned all of the CM deals on Newegg...same old "sales" on the same old items they offer all the time. I did get the Windows 7 OEM for a build for $80...they have had it at this price before and will again, but this is about as cheap as that gets from anyone, I think.
No doubt that Amazon is the best place to buy overall...their return policy and customer service is second to none...the same cannot be said for Newegg...their return policy pretty much sucks, especially when compared to Amazon. If I find a "deal" on Newegg, I check Amazon before I buy...if it's the same price, or even a few dollars more, I'll go with Amazon.

I mostly agree, there aren't that many awesome deals at Newegg today. However, I'm in on the Logitech Gaming Keyboard for $40. Backlit is awesome.
Besides the return shipping cost I feel newegg's CS is on par or better than Amazon's, and in some cases 'egg has covered my return ship costs too.
