#2 - I have been having really bad luck with APC units lately. They fail early or constantly reset. I contacted APC support and they were clueless. We rean serveral test with may different things connected it failed the same every time. Even though I was within warranty they refused to replace it. The customer support and quality is really starting to go down hill. For that reason other companies are now starting to gain ground. CyberPower being one of them. I will probably not go back to APC anytime soon.
I've had good luck with APC and terrible experiences with CyberPower. The last time I bought a UPS was a couple years ago though.
Maybe the tide is turning, but I will still give APC the benefit of the doubt.
I favor APC too but wanted to give this CyberPower a try with free shipping. Without free shipping, I won't order it.
