How much support does this box allow for mapping drives directly? I would prefer to map the NAS to a drive letter and interact with it in Windows Explorer, instead of passing data through a FTP server. Having it also act as a media server to feed video to our Tivo or PS3 would also be great though... Thanks!
It has a built-in SMB server. Okay, it's 2009. Time to retire those pathetic "drive letter" concepts, no? Next time I hear someone talk about "their C: drive" I'm going to punch them in the face.
