Don't waste your money. I am on my third since Newegg no refund means I can only exchange one defective router for another. Locks up at least once a week and must be reset. Router will not keep correct time and will not email logs correctly. Total junk!

^^ Never had a problem with mine. Must be the firmware rev you have. Mine was rock solid (until I got FIOS and started using their router/modem combo).

There is a reason you see these refurbished units advertised often. I bought one new that was a POS and after several firmware updates was still a POS. I got tired of rebooting it constantly and how it would slow to a crawl often. I purchased another brand with similar features for not much more than this and all my problems were over.

I had to put mine on a timer and set it to boot every night at around 3am. That fixed my hanging problem.

I used to have a new one and went fine for several months with update roms.
Had to return it when it disconnected from time to time.

I have used this router for years without problems.
Recently it started to give me random wireless disconnects.
I looked at the log and saw some error to do with Toredo.
I disabled IPv6 on all machines and also disabled UPNP on the router.
So far, everything is back to being rock solid again.

    #2:
I only use my FIOS router to supply a wired connection to my dlink router.
I disabled wireless on the FIOS router.
I just didn't trust the FIOS router.
