Tiger Direct has the D-Link DIR-655 Xtreme N Gigabit Router for $80 - $20 off with coupon code UGO21208 + $2 shipping = $62 shipped. Delivers up to 14x faster speeds and 6x farther range than 802.11g, with a 4-port 10/100/1000 Gigabit switch that connects Gigabit wired devices.
$1 sure you can buy cheap wireless N routers, but I doubt they can match the performance and reliability of the D-Link DIR-655. I have installed two of these for family members and they are of very high quality.
While a $10 router may not measure up, there are plenty that are decent for less money. You'd pay the extra for the gigabit ethernet if you are allergic to having more than one box for the job.
Personally I'd rather more than one box, I don't need full gigabit bandwidth on all systems here simultaneously so it is more convenient to run a single cable from the router to the switch more centrally located, with cable runs from the switch to a few systems.
It's currently $70.54 at both NewEgg and Amazon, with free shipping. I'd rather pay the extra 8.54 for the comfort of knowing it's from a decent seller.

Great router. Not a chance in hell I would buy from Tiger Direct. A good replacement for the DGL-4300.

The firmwares on this router is getting worse and worse
Horrible router if you read their forums. Many, many upset customers over their firmware debacle.
