Newegg has the D-Link DIR-655 Xtreme N Gigabit Router for $93 - coupon code EMCMMMP58 [Exp 11/19] + $0 shipping = $80 shipped. It delivers up to 14x faster speeds and 6x farther range than 802.11g, with a 4-port 10/100/1000 Gigabit switch that connects Gigabit wired devices. [Review]

I purchased this router last year for $100. It hasn't let me down and I recommend it highly.

My old netgear died after many years of service yesterday, just bought this today. Reviews look great! Perfectly timed for a sale!

The comments so far are spot-on - yes, this is a very good product just really works well. And the even better news is that there probably is no reason to update the firmware so you'll stay happy w/ your 655.

So tempted to get this. Been looking for an upgrade to my Netgear that drops inet everytime I load a page with a lot of pics on it. My unit seems to constantly overheat.

I have this router, it was a solid performer with the original firmware and has been a solid performer with the current firmware once I disabled.... oh shoot, I don't remember what I disabled to regain perfect stability.
