This thing worked worked well until it didn't anymore. I can't plug it in without my computer re-booting anymore. It's tragic. I know it is probably a driver malfunction, but I have no clue where to start in trouble shooting it (re installing the drivers didn't work).
Can we use it with a fax?
#1, The software on the mini CD included in the package has not been updated. Instead use either the US Robotics or Atcom software for their similar devices that use the same chipset:

Is NOT Vista compatible. BSOD's all day...
Vista will be gone soon anyway. This was the worst OS of all time.
