There are no 64 bit drivers for this product, and since the last 32 bit driver release was well over a year ago, don't think there ever will be. Bought it anyway to be used on a 32 bit guest O/S under VMWare.

This product will NOT function with XP SP3!!!

I wasted a day trying.

Finally called D-Link.

They said "Sorry".
