Newegg has the D-Link Wireless N Router DIR-615 on sale for $40 - $5 off coupon code EMCLXNN25 [Exp 9/28] = $35 with free shipping. It supports a draft 802.11n standard, which may become obsolete if it isn't compatible with the eventual approved standard. A flash upgrade might alleviate that problem.
How many years are going to go by before we can say Wireless N and not draft.
Stay away from This one. Horrible reviews and performance. I have tested one and had to be rebooted all the time.
Actually the wireless n standard was already approved earlier this month.
