Not much to really discuss. This is only an average price for this model. The vast majority can settle for a TN panel of the same size for $200 or less, more than 50% off of this particular model.
#2, a TN panel at any price is not a deal if you need an IPS. That said, this is not really a deal, can be found more less elsewhere.
