I also have a 24". My question is why upgrade to a 27"? It runs at the same 1900x1200. Everything will just look bigger at the same res. You don't gain any "real estate". My eye has always been on the 30". Sadly, the price hasn't budged for a couple of years on the 30".

27" biggest it's larger, plain and simple. Oh yeah I think the 27" is a better panel overall as well.

Yeh the 30" is insanely expensive the 2008 model is $1200 and the 2009 model is a crazy $1,999 price.

Darn, I just recived my 2408WFP from DHL today. I paid $534 total and I am typing on it right now, great monitor.

HAHA!! Well I just got the 27" for $640 ( This is including TAX and their $8 recyle fee in CA.) - I called them and was able to get a better deal from them Now I got a an even better deal!

#18, the older 27 version with the glass stand is the best one. I miss it.

I saw that one. but why would I want to get an older version. I got the 2709.
