just received mine 3 days ago when it was $624. Couldn't be happier. feature rich, no dead pixels, height, tilt, turn and pivot .. great buy at this price! I'm tempted to get another!

electrikal - trust me, they won't give you the credit. You can however, with their 21 day return policy, send yours back and buy it again. I had the argument with three people at Dell yesterday. Dumbest business move I've ever heard. I'm just going to suck up the $60 and move on. I have other things to worry about right now and can't chase it.

#11 I called and they gave me the difference back. The whole process was so easy. I called and told them about this new price and this 20% coupon I have. They checked my order and new price with coupon, then they gave me refund for the difference.

I like the 2007 version of this. I ordered this one yesterday. Little bit concerned with regards to the reviews regarding the quality, but we will see.. (Red tint)

just purchased with discount and am ready to send back the first purchase whenever it's received. both service reps I talked to agreed that it was a waste for me to have to do this but it's the only way.

Dell has yet again gone down on my list of customer friendly businesses.

Price is kinda high but that's what you expect from Dell. Still good monitor, you will like it or else.
