      LED backlit means lower power requirements. TN panel, so too not good for graphic artists and gamers. probably fine for general office use or watching DVDs.

      I've done professional level design & retouching work on a Dell Ultrasharp TN panel monitor without any issues, whatsoever. I think people put too much stock in needing IPS. As long as you aren't viewing things at odd angles, their monitors are pretty damn good. The only thing I dislike is that they have moved to that cheap looking stand; the old metallic Y stand was vastly superior.
