It was $399. Then I hit refresh and it was up to $449. Dell has the scruples of a carnie working the ring toss game. Sorry, that is an insult to carnies. F Dell.

Excuse me, am I missing something here? I bought a Compaq Athlon X2 2.0 ghz laptop with 160gb/2gb ram/Vista for $399..THIS WAS 16 MONTHS AGO! Has the laptop market really become so rotten? I mean..all I see here is $30 worth of upgrades to make mine faster than this advertised laptop..
