Hi bought this from them the last time they had the same deal a few months ago. The netbook had scratches all over it, did not come with a genuine dell charger but rather a generic, and the netbook itself was painfully slow. I ended up returning it after getting an RMA number but they never issued a refund. After two months of waiting and sending several emails where they essentially said they would issue a refund whenever they got to it, I finally had to file a dispute with my credit card company to get them to refund the money.
AMD's E-450 offers more grunt for the same price point! Still no rocket but better than Atom.
