Most of these refurb laptops are lease returns that have been beat to hell by corporate drones who don't give a crap about a piece of hardware they don't own. Good luck.
Once you add a new battery (almost 100% of refurb laptops like this have dead batteries) and a decent HD you'll end up spending another $100 or so. At that point you're better off getting a cheap, new core i3 machine for a little more.
Beat to hell, junk battery, never trust a used hard drive. 2GB isn't that great either.
