Seems like a decent price to have height and swivel, though the price also suggests it's a TN panel.
Also has 2 USB port action (& 1 upstream to link to your system) which I find handy. I personally will never buy a 160° viewing angle monitor again, there are enough models with at least 170v170h to needlessly handicap your viewing pleasure. With that being said I have no experience with this particular panel but have seen poor color shifts from many other 160° even when looking from straight on.
